I bought the cookbook, but did not get an email?
No problem! Please triple check that you added an email to your order as many people have not. Once you have confirmed this look in your email. There will be two emails that come through. One will be the confirmation email and the other will have the download link. Sometimes this email goes to your spam folder so please check there. If still unable to find it please contact us.

Can you add barcodes to scan the recipes into our calorie tracking app?
At this time we are not planning on doing this. People may use different ingredients and different amounts hence changing the macros. It is easiest for everyone to create their own recipe in their calorie tracking app.

I tried to download my cookbook but it didn't work and now I no longer have access attempts?
It happens! We do have a limit on the download attempts for a reason, but if this happens to you and you were unable to download your cookbook please submit a request and we can give you more attempts.

When will my order ship?
It won't! This product is digital and will be delivered via email so PLEASE ensure your email is on file with the order otherwise you will not get your download.

Will there be a physical cookbook?
At this time we are not planning on a physical book since the Lifetime edition is an updating cookbook. If you would like a physical copy you can take it to a local printer and have it printed off!

I attempted to purchase the cookbook and the transaction failed but my bank account has a pending charge. What do I do?
If you were charged and an order was created on our end you would get an email confirmation of your order. Chances are because the transaction was failed your bank recognized an attempted transaction hence why it is pending. This should disappear within 24 hours. If you try to purchase it again after a failed transaction you may have two pending charges, but one will disappear. If it doesn't contact us so we can look into it on our end.
